Coins are the Toy Shop currency. The documented free route is a Coin Machine on the map. There is no verified promo-code shortcut.
Use one machine once
- Remember the machine by a fixed landmark, not by a loose toy someone can carry away.
- Drop anything on your Grab Line so you activate the handle instead of yeeting a nearby prop.
- Stand where the prompt is readable and use the interaction once.
- Write down the balance before and after, and any cooldown text.
- Leave. Hammering the same machine does not create a second payout, and one community guide warns that spam can knock a machine out of order.
If the animation finishes and the balance looks unchanged, compare the exact numbers again after the UI settles. Lag can delay the result.
Two payout stories, not one official table
No creator changelog on the experience page lists the current odds. Community pages disagree:
| Record | Reported outcomes | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Older community table, still repeated by several 2026 guides | 5% for 50, 25% for 75, 30% for 100, 25% for 125, 15% for 150 | Often paired with a cooldown of about 15 minutes per machine. |
| Anniversary account on the Roblox Fandom experience article | Same percentages, amounts moved to 150, 175, 200, 225, and 250 | Tied there to the June 16, 2022 anniversary. A February 2026 guide also describes a 150 to 250 range. |
Do not average those tables into a new payout. Read the result your machine actually paid. The about-15-minute cooldown is widely repeated and still should be checked against the live prompt, because a cooldown might follow the account, the machine, or the server.
The probability calculator on this site only does the math you type. Its default numbers are not a Coin Machine rate.
Earn More Coins
Pass id 38677114, named Earn More Coins, says Coin Machines give an extra 50 Coins every time you use one. The catalog price on October 14, 2026 was 400 Robux. The description does not state the base reward, the odds, the cooldown, or how many machines exist.
The pass matters if you already use machines often and you still want specific Toy Shop items. It does little if you rarely open the shop. Recheck the Robux price on the Store tab before buying.
Spending
Pick one live shop price, subtract your balance, and decide whether another activity is more fun than waiting on machines. Buy one unfamiliar interactive item at a time and test it in a clear space. A community best-item list goes stale as soon as the menu changes.
Coins are not Robux. Leave any page that asks you to log in, install an extension, or complete a survey to generate either currency.
