There is no official best pass. Farther Reach touches the core action for people who keep finding targets just out of range. Escape Faster matters only while someone else is holding you. Earn More Coins matters only if you use machines and still want shop items. The two house passes and Raised Toys Limit solve three different building problems. Multi-Color Line is cosmetic. The pass tier on this site is an editorial scenario ranking, not a power list and not a developer ranking.
No current description promises a throw-strength multiplier.
